At Nature’s Throne, your safety and peace of mind come first. Because our products are liquid-based and designed for hygiene and surface cleaning, we maintain specific guidelines around returns.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements within 14 days of delivery for the following situations:

  • Unopened and unused products, returned in their original packaging

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received due to a fulfillment error

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased at farmers markets, pop-ups, or other in-person events (all in-person sales are final unless defective)

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns, unless the item was damaged in transit or sent incorrectly

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
